Our snow tubing is closed for the season, but you can still grab your family and friends and GET ROWDY on the LARGEST OUTDOOR TUBING HILL IN TENNESSEE! Our tubing lanes are over 500’ in length with a 70’ drop! We offer two Magic Carpet Conveyors to the top of the hill, complete with some of the most amazing views of the Smoky Mountains. Time for summer tubing sessions:
Tubing sessions are 90 minutes long and will run daily.
Tubing Hill Requirements:
Must be at least 48″ tall to ride alone.
Children must be 40″ tall to participate with an adult over the age of 18
Outdoor Tubing Notes:
Tubing will take place in all weather conditions, and tickets will not be refunded for reserved times.

Rowdy Bear’s Smoky Mountain Snowpark is conveniently located on the Parkway in Pigeon Forge! We are easy to find, easy to access, and offer free parking for our guests. We are located diagonally from the Titanic Museum and beside the Local Goat Restaurant. We are open 365 days a year!
Snow tubing is closed for the season, but summer tubing is available!
Our snow-making and snow-grooming equipment is state-of-the-art and allows us to offer an exceptional, unique winter experience like no other.

Due to HIGH DEMAND for Snow Tubing tickets, we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible. Tubing slots will sell out quickly. To access our reservation platform, click on BUY TICKETS in our navigation. Tubing tickets are non-transferable and not for resale. PLEASE NOTE: Tubing sessions are held in the rain, sleet, snow, and sunshine. There are NO REFUNDS for snow tubing unless the session is canceled due to extreme weather conditions. Please be aware that this type of closure is a rare occurrence.
Tubing Requirements:
- Children must be 40” tall to participate with an adult over the age of 18. Children between 40″ and 48″ tall must ride with an adult in a connected tube.
- Children must be 48” to tube alone.
- Tubers must be able to ride on the conveyor unassisted and stay standing
- Tubers are NOT allowed to walk on the conveyor belt.
- Tubers must be able to get in and out of tubes without assistance
- Tubers must be able to understand and follow ALL instructions and rules.
- One rider per tube — no lap riding. Double connected tubes are available.
- Tubers must fit in the tube when seated
- No expectant mothers
- No cell phones or hand held items permitted on the tubing hill

Do I Have to have a reservation for the SNOW TUBING?
YES! Reservations are required. You can access our reservation platform from our website. Guests are welcome to check with our ticket counter to see if there are any available slots to snow tube. Will Call tickets are not guaranteed, as most sessions are completely booked. BOOK NOW!
Do I have to have a reservations for the coasters?
NO, it is not necessary. You can purchase coaster tickets at any time, online or in person. Guests may add a discounted coaster wristband onto their tubing session at the ticket counter.
Are you open year round?
Yes, we are open 365 days a year. Please check our Facebook page for updated hours of operation.
Are you open on Holidays?
New Year’s, Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc..? YES!! WE SURE ARE!!! Check our Facebook page for updated holiday hours! Our staff works on Thanksgiving and Christmas by CHOICE…The owners’ family works Christmas Day. Our staff volunteers to work major holidays! They love their Rowdy Bear Family and Guests.
Do you close when raining or other adverse weather situations?
No, we do not close for rain, sleet, snow or sunshine. The only weather situation that would cause a *delay” would be lightning. In the event of unpleasant weather, or something arises where you need to come back at another date, we can issue RAIN CHECKS. These rain checks DO NOT EXPIRE. We DO NOT offer refunds, but will gladly issue a rain check.
Is there a weight limit on Snow Tubing?
No, but tubers MUST fit in the tubes while sitting, regardless of their weight.
Can my child sit in the tube with me?
No, every tuber must have their own tube to sit in. No lap sitting is permitted.
Do you make your own snow?
Yes, we do! It’s beautiful and edible.
How do I get to the top of the mountain?
We have a Magic Carpet Conveyor that takes guests to the top of the hill. NO HIKING REQUIRED!
Do you have a gift shop?
Yes, we do and it’s got some great stuff in it! Something for everyone.
Do you have food and drinks available?
Yes, we do offer a great selection of quick-service foods at our on-site café. Sugar Bears Café and Creamery offers a variety of delicious ice cream desserts, baked goods, candies, coffee, hot chocolate, bubble waffles, hot dogs, nachos, nuts, popcorn, milkshakes, seasonal cookies and cupcakes, and much much more.
Do you sell alcohol?
No, we are an alcohol-free park.
Do you offer group discounts?
Group discounts are available for parties of 25 or more. Prior arrangements must be made with our group sales team. Please reach out to us at [email protected]

We are located at 2155 Parkway, Pigeon Forge, TN. We are diagonal from the Titanic Museum and beside the Local Goat Restaurant. Your GPS will bring you to us.
Do I have to have a ticket for my child?
Yes, every tuber must have their own wristband and signed waiver to participate. Every tuber is the same price regardless of age.
Can I add on your other attractions at the ticket counter?
Yes, it is NOT necessary to pre-purchase coaster tickets. You are welcome to add those on to your tubing wristband at the window ticket counter at any time for a discounted price. You must have a tubing wristband on to receive the discount to add coasters on to your wristband.
Do you have other parks or attractions in the area?
YES!!!! Our Pigeon Forge location is called ROWDY’S SMOKY MOUNTAIN SNOWPARK, located at 2155 Parkway. This is home to Tennessee’s LONGEST and FASTEST OUTDOOR TUBING HILL, WORLD’S FIRST AVALANCHE SNOW COASTER, AND SKI LIFT SHOOTOUT COASTER! We also have Skyland Ranch, which will open in the summer of 2022 and be a one-of-a-kind entertainment venue with a mountain coaster, canopy walks, shops, and more.
I’ve heard you are building a 2nd Location?
YES, we are. We are currently in the construction phase of our largest park yet: SKYLAND RANCH! This park is located in Sevierville, TN across from Tanger Outlets. Skyland Ranch will be home to Tennessee’s largest mountain coaster, chairlift, walking bridges, miniature animals, zip lines, horse riding, retail, café, bakery, and candy store. Retail will include: a western store, a Smoky Mountain Christmas store, a toy store, boutique shopping, T-shirts, and much much more.
