Do I have to have a reservation for the snow tubing? chevron_right

Yes! Reservations are required. You can get snow tubing tickets here. Guests are welcome to check with our ticket counter to see if there are any available slots to snow tube. Will-call tickets are not guaranteed, as most sessions are completely booked, so we recommend you book now!

Do I have to have a reservations for the coasters? chevron_right

No, it is not necessary. You can purchase coaster tickets at any time, online or in person. Guests may add a discounted coaster wristband onto their tubing session at the ticket counter.

Are you open year-round and on holidays? chevron_right

Yes, we are open 365 days a year, including holidays like New Year’s, Easter, the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas! Check our Facebook page for updated holiday hours.  The Rowdy Bear team works on Thanksgiving and Christmas by CHOICE…The owners’ family works on Christmas Day. They love their Rowdy Bear family and guests, and our staff volunteers to work on major holidays!  

Do you close when raining or other adverse weather situations? chevron_right

No, we do not close for rain, sleet, snow, or sunshine. The only weather situation that would cause a *delay” would be lightning. In the event of unpleasant weather, or something arises where you need to come back at another date, we can issue rain checks. We DO NOT offer refunds, but will gladly issue a rain check which do not expire.

Is there a weight limit on snow tubing? chevron_right

No, but participants must fit in the tubes while sitting, regardless of their weight. Read more about our Pigeon Forge ride restrictions here.

Can my child sit in the tube with me? chevron_right

No, every rider must have their own tube to sit in. No lap sitting is permitted.

Do you make your own snow? chevron_right

Yes, we do! It’s beautiful and edible.

How do I get to the top of the mountain? chevron_right

We have a Magic Carpet Conveyor that takes guests to the top of the hill. NO HIKING REQUIRED!

Do you have food and drinks available? chevron_right

Yes, we offer a great selection of quick-service foods at our on-site café. Sugar Bears Café and Creamery offers a variety of delicious ice cream desserts, baked goods, candies, coffee, hot chocolate, bubble waffles, hot dogs, nachos, nuts, popcorn, milkshakes, seasonal cookies and cupcakes, and much more.

Do I have to have a ticket for my child? chevron_right

Yes, every tuber must have their own wristband and signed waiver to participate. Every tuber is the same price regardless of age.

Can I add on your other attractions at the ticket counter? chevron_right

Yes, it is NOT necessary to pre-purchase coaster tickets. You are welcome to add those on to your tubing wristband at the window ticket counter at any time for a discounted price. You must have a tubing wristband on to receive the discount to add coasters on to your wristband.
