Have you considered visiting the Smoky Moutains during the winter months and wondered about what to expect from the weather? The cold weather can always be a bit unpredictable, so always make sure to check the forecast regularly before your trip! Here’s some helpful information about winter fun and if you can expect to see snow in Pigeon Forge:

Does it snow in Pigeon Forge?

Yes, there is always a chance for snowfall in Pigeon Forge! Even though it’s in a valley, snow can stick around for a while, but it usually melts a lot faster than other places in the Smokies. As an outdoor snow tubing attraction, how do we continue to have an abundance of snow throughout the winter? Well, we make our own snow, of course! We utilize high-tech equipment to make artificial snow that looks real and is 100% natural and edible.
